RESCHEDULED UTME HOLDS SATURDAY

JAMB HAS DIRECTED CANDIDATES FOR THE RESCHEDULED UNIFIED TERTIARY MATRICULATION EXAMINATION ON SATURDAY TO PRINT THEIR E-SLIP. The board has reschedule about 85,000 candidates, who registered late or had technical hitches during their conduct of examination in may, to write the reschedule test in July 1. In the statement signed by the Head Public Affairs Unit of (JAMB), Dr. Fabian Benjamin, on Wednesday 28 June 2017, that the affected candidates where ask to print their e-slip from their e-mail address or the website of the board. He also said that a bulk short message has equally been sent to the mobile numbers provided by the candidates during registration. JAMB RELEASE NEW DATE FOR 85,000 CANDIDATES WITH CANCELED RERSULTS

THE JOINT ADMISSIONS AND MATRICULATION BOARD (JAMB) HAS FIXED SATURDAY, JULY 1 TO CONDUCT SUPPLEMENTARY UNIFIED TERTIARY MATRICULATION EXAMINATION (UTME) FOR 85,000 CANDIDATES.             The examination, which is for candidates who registered late and those with related issues, will be spread across some Computer Based Test (CBT) centers.             Following are enlarged management meeting of the JAMB, the supplementary 2017 UTME has been fixed to hold on Saturday, July 1. JAMB DIRECT ENTRY REGISTRATION PROCEDURES AND GUIDELINES - 2017

JOINT ADMISSION AND MATRICULATION BOARD (JAMB) MANAGEMENT HAS RELEASED THE JAMB DIRECT ENTRY REGISTRATION PROCEDURES AND GUIDELINES. Direct Entry Requirements for JAMB Registration 2017. A minimum of five (5) GCE/WASCE credits at not more than two sittings with at least two principal or advanced level C.E and the others. Two passes at the IJMB Advanced Level Examination, Cambridge moderated schools of Basic Studies Terminal Examination, JUPEB or Institute of Baccalaureate from recognised institutions with SSCE/GCE, NTS/NBC credits equivalent in three other subjects (SUBJECT TO UNIVERSITY REQUIREMENTS). Passes in two major subjects in the NCE with S.C.E, NTC/NBC credits or equivalents in three other subjects (mainly for Education Courses) and ND. GCE REGISTRATION BEGINS ON FRIDAY, 28TH APRIL 2017 - WAEC

    The West African Examinations Council, WAEC, has announced that registration for the General Certificate Examination (GCE) 2017 for private candidate starts on Friday, 28th April.       This is to inform intending candidates for the WASSCE for private candidates 2017 that registration begins on Friday 28th of April 2017.      Candidates are expected to pay a registration fee of thirteen thousand, nine hundred fifty naira N13,950 at any of the approved bank or any accredited agents to obtain the registration pin and information VCD.     Normal registration period is from Friday April 28 2017 to July 28 2017. After obtaining registration pin candidates should log on to www.weaconline.org for registration.     Candidates should also be notified that the examination registration procedure has designed to accommodate bio-metric features that will be used for validations at the examination centers.

LATEST JAMB UPDATE

    Jamb 2017 will be hard compared to JAMB written so far. The new JAMB syllabus will be approved this year. Any aspirant reading JAMB past question should stop and purchase JAMB new brochure.      It was also announced that each candidate will put a good passport photograph not black and white and thumb print before entering examination centers.     It was also announced that result will be sent to each candidate 9 hours after exam via e-mail. Ensure to register with a correct e-mail during registration. 2017 JAMB registration will last for only one month, starting from the 20th of March till the 19th of April.     Direct entry registration begins shortly after.
